Shipping Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with COMARY LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are produced and shipped from our print partners’ facilities located in the United States.

2. Production Time

All items are printed and prepared on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed. During busy periods and holidays, production may take longer.

3. Delivery Time

After your order has been produced and shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. In total, most orders arrive within approximately 5 to 14 business days of being placed.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carrier issues, weather, high-volume seasons, or holidays. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Tracking may take a few days to update after the shipping label is created.

5. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. In that case, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number, and your items may arrive on different days.

6. Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review it carefully before placing your order. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address may be subject to the terms in our Refund Policy.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ccprize24@gmail.com and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details on our 30-day guarantee.
