Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with COMARY LLC. We want you to love what you order. Every item is made to order just for you, so our policy works a little differently from a traditional retailer. Please read it carefully.

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or quality defect, is misprinted, is the wrong item, or has any other problem caused by us or our production, we will make it right. Within 30 days of delivery, you can choose either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

The choice is yours.

2. How to Make a Claim

  1. Email us at ccprize24@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and of the packaging, if the item was damaged in transit).
  3. Tell us whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

We review every request promptly and will respond within 2 business days.

3. No Need to Return the Item

You do not have to send back a damaged or defective product. Once your claim is approved, we will send your replacement or issue your refund without requiring a return.

4. Made-to-Order Items

Because each product is printed on demand after you order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

Production begins quickly after an order is placed. You may request to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered production. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement, or your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
